Terms of service

1. Agreement

By creating a TuinApp account or using the platform you agree to these terms between your organisation and Verlox Ltd. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

TuinApp provides workforce management software on a subscription basis. Features depend on your plan. We may update the service with reasonable notice for material changes.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate data entered by your users, lawful use of the platform, and keeping credentials secure. You must comply with UK employment, health and safety, and data protection law.

4. Fees and trial

Paid plans are billed per the pricing page. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before trial end. See your order form for seat limits and overage rules.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
