1. Who we are

Verlox Ltd (trading as TuinApp) is the data controller for platform account data. Registered in England and Wales. Companies House number 17103731. ICO registration ZC108946.

2. What we process

We process account credentials, organisation details, usage logs, support tickets, and billing records when you use the TuinApp SaaS platform. Workforce data entered by your organisation is processed under our Data Processing Agreement; we act as processor for that data.

3. Lawful basis

Contract performance for service delivery; legitimate interests for security monitoring and product improvement; legal obligation where applicable (e.g. tax records).

4. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact [email protected]. You may complain to the ICO.

5. Security

Report security vulnerabilities to [email protected].

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary session and CSRF cookies. Analytics cookies require your consent via the cookie banner on login and public pages.
